This all started the day my daughter was born.  When I found out she was a girl, I decided on naming her Claire. I loved the name, and, I'm a Jurassic World nut. When she was born, I expected her to have brown hair, as that is the hair color that me and her father have, along with a large portion of out family. But no, when the nurse handed me my baby, I was shocked to see fiery red hair. I was honestly happy at the time, I would have liked for her to have red hair, I loved the color.  But how was this possible? There were no redheads in our family.

Fast forward 4 years, and Claire had  developed a very sassy attitude. I chalked it up to her just being a kid, but, some of the things she did were just too familiar. For instance, I was about to take her to the zoo because I had the day off.  I had put on some perfume which she picked up on immediately.  As we were about to head out the door, she looked me dead in the eye, completely serious and said "You might want to change your shirt, Mom. They're very sensitive to smells."

I didn't know what to say. I was pretty creeped out as she had just directly quoted a line from the character she was named after, and she'd never even seen the movie. But, I brushed it off and we left. A few weeks later we took a family vacation.  My husband and I thought that she might enjoy a dinosaur themed ride. You rode a boat through and there were several animatronic dinosaurs. She acted scared at first, but as soon as we got ready to board the boat, she aggressively rolled up the sleeves of her shirt, put her hands on her hips and said "I'm ready to go, mom."

Again, I'm kind of creeped out. A few days later I was in the kitchen, watching Claire play in the backyard.  We have some woods on our property and I saw her run out of them at full speed. I thought she was just playing, but then, I saw it.  Something was chasing her, something big.  I could see it's large, white figure following my daughter from behind the treeline. I  yelled for my husband as I ran out the back door. Whatever that thing was, it roared viciously and stomped out of the woods.

I was in complete and utter shock. This large, white, dinosaur, yes, dinosaur was chasing my daughter.  I'm sure you know exactly what it looked like. Claire ran to hide behind me, just as my husband emerged from the house with his shotgun. He fired several rounds at the animal, and it barely flinched. I ran with my daughter towards the house, I could hear it's thunderous roaring getting closer and closer behind us. I managed to push my daughter under our back porch, then crawl in behind her. The animal's muzzle forced its way under the porch, snarling and grabbing at anything it could.  I was attempting to kick it in the nose, but again, it didn't flinch.

I froze when I heard my daughter yell "Code 19!" She darted out from under the other side of the porch before I could grab her. The animal followed her, then I followed it. What I saw when I turned the corner of the house, still gives me chills to this very day.  A literal T-rex, I kid you not. Claire ran back to me and I picked her up.

"They're gonna fight, Mommy. " she said.

All I could do was nod as I stared at the huge reptiles. They did indeed fight, my family and I watched in horror until the white one went down. The Tyrannosaurus began lumbering across the street, then vanished into this air. As did the body of the Indominus. I took my daughter inside, locked all the doors, and began researching on happenings like this, I found nothing.

To this day I cannot explain what I saw, and I've never told anyone,  I know they wouldn't believe me. Comment below if you've ever heard of something like this. And remember, be careful who you name your child after. Names may come with dangerous side effects.
